Return Policy
At Johnson Equipment & Cattle, we take pride in offering our valued customers a comprehensive 30-day return and refund policy. This provides you with ample time to evaluate your equipment purchase. The countdown begins from the moment you take possession of your equipment, with no restrictions on the time of day. Within this 30-day period, you have the freedom to thoroughly inspect your heavy equipment and choose a return or exchange without needing to provide any justification. To initiate a return or exchange, please notify us via email before 5:00 PM Pacific Time on the 30th day from the date of delivery, which we consider as day zero, the day of purchase.
Return Procedure: For return requests, the equipment must be physically present at your location, and the transaction will be completed on-site. We guarantee a full refund of the original purchase price.
Insurance Coverage: Please note that all items are insured during the return period, except in cases of accidents caused by the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Return Eligibility: We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns if the equipment has been modified, involved in an accident, altered from its original condition, or used as collateral for a loan (encumbrance).
Return Shipping: In the event of a return, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the heavy equipment meets the return eligibility criteria outlined above, we will process your return within 30 days. Refunds are issued promptly but may take 1 to 3 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
